Enhanced Service Options to Help You Reopen Your Fitness Room

To our Preventative Maintenance Customers,

At Prosource Fitness, we are focused on putting our valued customers first. In light of the COVID-19 Outbreak, we understand safety and sanitation are of the utmost concern for your gym or facility.

We currently perform your Preventive Maintenance (PM) with care and follow all manufacturer recommended inspections, adjustments and cleaning. The recommended cleaning on most equipment, per the manufacturers’ specifications, is simply wiping down the equipment with a damp cloth. We always strive to go above and beyond to ensure your equipment is clean using a diluted cleaning solution to neutralize sweat. Given today’s challenges, that may not be enough.

To help overcome these challenges, we would like to offer you added service of an extensive cleaning which we would include with your regular PM visit. This service would include the normal manufacturers recommended cleaning as well as added steps to attempt to eliminate germs from your equipment. We would begin with cleaning all surfaces with a damp soapy solution, drying the units, and following that with a disinfectant solution treatment to include padding, grips, handles, handheld accessories and soft goods. Additionally, we would vacuum around and underneath each unit as well as inside the motor hoods each visit. 

We are offering this service to be performed with your regular PM service at an added cost of $69.00 to be billed with your PM. We are also offering a stand-alone service of the same additional cleaning for those customers who may not be currently due their PM service at a cost of $119.00. Your contract rate trip charge would be added to this service cost.
